If we can go outside of games, Bender from Futurama and Markus Phoenix are both voiced by John DiMaggio.

No I really mean the guy who does the grunting and other sounds is a full voice actor for an anime in which he had a ton of lines and was even a main character/villain.

Hank Azaria. The guy who does many Simpsons voices such as Apu, Duff Man and Comic Book guy. Also did the voice of Venom in Spider-Man The Animated Series (1994).

He was also the interviewer in the World War Z Audiobook.

And Recon, I take it you mean the dubbed Vader Razz The guy in the suit is from Yorkshire. Youtube a yorkshire accent to find out why that's so hilarious.
