Agreed.

Also I really want that game now. I go to uni six days after it's released though Sad

Saying goodbye to family and friends? Or reclusive gaming? Numero 2 for sure.

If you play your cards right, the video game is the best option. Your friends and family will die off, but if you take care of it, that video game will last forever. Plus there's a hole in the center if you need sex.

Not a huge Nathan Fillion fan, it it looks alright

You seem kind of overpowered, it used to be a squad of marines could just barely take on one elite, and now there almost equals or something. Theres no way an ODST could melee a brute to death.

and your going to be on your own a lot, killing brutes alone.

ODST's are Marines on Roids
but yeah, melee against a breute should not work very well

I think melee against a Chieftan should work fine, if not better.

That's simply for gameplays sake. What would Halo be without whacking grunts upside the head with the butt of you gun? Madness I tell you, madness!!!

back to bungie

what have they done on the past 10 years besides release same formulaic fps over and over again

I agree a little, they are basically releasing the same game 3 times when it comes to Halo 3, ODST and Reach. I also dislike how overpowered the ODSTs are, theres no way they could melee a brute to death, and they must be like, 8 feet tall or something.

True, but I'm fairly certain: Spartans, Covenant, lunge melee, sword duels, 32 round assault rifle...

All we know is that it's a Halo FPS, we don't know what kind it will be. It could be anything from like MAG to like GRAW.

Reach is actually using a completely new graphical and physics engine, and they could decide to make it a squad shooter. If it's anything like Republic Commando, I'll love it.

Of course Reach is using a new engine, it will be 4 years since the last one...

All we know right now is it's a FPS, everything else is just speculation.

splitting starcraft 2 into 3 games

so that the game can be fetched out for a very long time

"The reason behind this split is due to the fact that Blizzard wants to pack each version of the game with as much content as possible and allow for as much customization and player choice as possible, in addition to fleshing out the storyline and world as much as they can. In the original StarCraft, there were 32 missions total: 12 for the Terrans and 10 each for the Zerg and Protoss. Each version of StarCraft II will have over 30 missions, so more than double."
