They SHOULD, but they won't and you know it. After Empire and their announcement of Napoleon it seems evident to me that CA is concerned with nothing else than milking the series for all it's worth.

The Empire engine was the best yet, but the game was poorly made and extremely rushed. Seeing that they now have a year to rework it and LISTEN to what their fans are saying they could produce a good game. However I think that all Total War fans would much rather see a RTW2.

I think in general TW fans are more for arrows and cavalry swords and such. I liked the guns - but something about it just didn't seem as tactical.

I loved using Cavalry Based armies in the total war games. Because when I beat Greeks with Scythians the other guy gets pissed. Very Happy

hmmmm...

If I could have ANY GAME IN TEH WORLD, it would have to be my ultimate Zombie game dream, which I detailed in the other thread.

Story driven Co-op with fast and slow moving zombies, no monsters, occasional psychotic human enemies, IRON SIGHTS, Gritty realistic visuals, quality music that is fitting to the zombie apocalypse, branching pathways (maybe even an RPG-style open world game), possibly pickup-trucks with turrets strapped to the backs of them.


As for REAL games, I REALLY want Just Cause II at the moment... though I'm also excited for APB, and the next Mirror's Edge game.... as well as Fallout: New Vegas... which I know nothing about.
